PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING: I ONLY SHIP TO PAYPAL VERIFIED ADDRESSES ONLY. Please don't order asking me to ship ANYWHERE else. If I have to provide a refund because of YOUR mistake, Paypal WILL NOT refund me the commission or fees that I paid. Therefor I WILL DEDUCT those fees from your refund. I WILL NOT be out of pocket because of your mistake. The ONLY way that I will ship ANYWHERE else is if payment is made via the Money Sent To Friends And Family method WITHOUT indicating that it's for a purchase or service. Please ask for my email address on how to do this BEFORE YOU ORDER. In light of the high cost in shipping, I decided to provide a reduced shipping cost of $18.00 outside of the USA for a maximum of 2 vinyl records. It costs me a total of $26.36 to ship. So I pay an additional $8.36 out of pocket. If you're going to order more than 2 records, PLEASE DO NOT AUTOPAY. I will work with you, and give you a shipping discount. But PLEASE DO NOT AUTOPAY. Wait for my corrected invoice. This shipping discount IS NOT applicable on accepted offers. NOTE TO BUYERS: If you see ANYTHING of interest within my inventory that DOES NOT include the words: Free posting within the USA, or Worldwide within my description, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER thinking that I will ship for free. IT WILL COST YOU $18.00 TO SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA. Please DO NOT PAY UNTIL I INVOICE YOU. And please, since there are contributors here who flagrantly change pictures, change descriptions, and unwittingly request merges, PLEASE, BEFORE you order, contact me for any questions, pictures, and anything else. I DO NOT sell ANY Discos Melser Records which 99% ARE ALL PIRATED. The only legitimate editions are those Vaya and International Records which include the symbols of (p) and (c) on the respective center record labels. Regardless of whatever year is shown. And ABSOLUTELY NONE were released prior to 1970. https://www.las2orillas.co/la-tragica-vida-del-inventor-de-los-codiciados-discos-melser/ https://www.las2orillas.co/sergio-useche-el-papa-de-la-pirateria-en-colombia/ Note to all buyers: If you don't understand the Goldmine Record Grading System that is used here, PLEASE PURCHASE ELSEWHEREđĄ ------------------------------------------ Please keep checking your tracking, and ask your post office for any delivery updates regarding this corona virus? ------------------------------------------ If you make me an offer, and believe that because I wrote within my description that I will also provide Free posting within the USA, you are wrong. I DO NOT provide Free Posting on Accepted Offers. ------------------------------------------ If you are an absolute audiophile perfectionist who listens to your records on headphones and have a stylus that costs $1,000+, please don't order a VG+ graded record from me with the expectation that they will play VG+, they will not. These old records were made with old technology, and I don't want you to be disappointed. If you understand the difference between a NM and VG+ graded record, and you're typically happy with VG+ graded records, you'll be happy with mine. But, "If YOU DON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE, PLEASE PURCHASE ELSEWHERE." ------------------------------------------ https://www.goldminemag.com/collector-resources/record-grading-101 Goldmine Grading Standards: NEAR MINT (NM OR M-) A good description of a NM record is âit looks like it just came from a retail store and it was opened for the first time.â In other words, itâs nearly perfect. Many dealers wonât use a grade higher than this, implying (perhaps correctly) that no record or sleeve is ever truly perfect. NM records are shiny, with no visible defects. Writing, stickers or other markings cannot appear on the label, nor can any âspindle marksâ from someone trying to blindly put the record on the turntable. Major factory defects also must be absent; a record and label obviously pressed off center is not Near Mint. If played, it will do so with no surface noise. (NM records donât have to be ânever playedâ; a record used on an excellent turntable can remain NM after many plays if the disc is properly cared for.) NM covers are free of creases, ring wear and seam splits of any kind. VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) or EXCELLENT (E) A good description of a VG+ record is âexcept for a couple minor things, this would be Near Mint.â Most collectors, especially those who want to play their records, will be happy with a VG+ record, especially if it toward the high end of the grade (sometimes called VG++ or E+). VG+ records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK. Minor signs of handling are OK, too, such as telltale marks around the center hole, but repeated playing has not misshapen the hole. There may be some very light ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. VG+ covers should have only minor wear. A VG+ cover might have some very minor seam wear or a split (less than one inch long) at the bottom, the most vulnerable location. Also, a VG+ cover may have some defacing, such as a cut-out marking. Covers with cut-out markings can never be considered Near Mint. Very Good (VG) When played, a VG record has some Rice Krispys noise, during cue in, in quieter passages and in between tracks. But will not overpower the music or lyrics. Minor writing, tape or a sticker can detract from the label. Many collectors who have jukeboxes will use VG records in them and not think twice. They remain a fine listening experience, just not the same as if it were in better shape. VG covers will have many signs of handling. Ring wear in the middle or along the edges of the cover where the edge of a record would reside, is obvious, though not overwhelming. Some more creases might be visible. Seam splitting will be more obvious; it may appear on all three sides, though it wonât be obvious upon looking. Someone might have written or it or stamped a price tag on it, too. Good (G), Good Plus (G+) or Very Good Minus (VGâ) Good does not mean bad! The record still plays through without skipping, so it can serve as filler until something better comes along. But it has significant surface noise and groove wear, and the label is worn, with significant ring wear, heavy writing, or obvious damage caused by someone trying to remove tape or stickers and failing miserably. A Good to VGâ cover has ring wear to the point of distraction, has seam splits obvious on sight and may have even heavier writing. NOTE: I mail my records with their original inner record sleeves which may be torn, taped, etc. If a problem, please purchase elsewhere. ------------------------------------------ My records are original pressings that were manufactured for use on equipment of that period, and may have a different playback on your Super Duper Dandy Equipment. ------------------------------------------ OjO: Most of my prices are higher than most for a very specific reason; "They ARE NOT Reissues" disguised as and being sold as an original. If you see anything of interest, you have the option of making me an offer. ------------------------------------------ Note regarding Shipping Prices to buyers "Outside" of the US, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Hawaii where shipping will either be only $4.00, or free. I will NEVER inflate the actual shipping cost in order to increase any profits. Shipping via 1st Class International is $18.00. And depending on your Feedback, I may only ship via Registered Mail, which is an additional cost of $15.95. However, I've been able to ship by 1st Class International with tracking for only $24.95 via an alternative method with other buyers who've contacted me in Facebook as Izzy NoFue AFTER they've made the order here. Please note: Payments can be processed through ZEELE as well, Just ask. Please do not hesitate to make a reasonable offer for anything within my inventory. And know that 99.9% of my records are the 1st release, 1st pressing, and not a Repress or any Reissues disguised as the original. No le cojan miedo a mis precios, haz me una oferta, pero ya saben que son los originales, y no reproducciones, o sea Reissues. Welcome to Salsaland, As far as I know, I own the largest collection of used original 1st releases of Latin music for sale. I've been selling to serious audiophile collectors Worldwide before the internet. And unlike many of the other sellers here, I Pre-Play all my Latin and Jazz records before I list them here. If you have ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SOUND QUALITY OF ANY OF MY ROCK RECORDS, PLEASE ASK BEFORE ORDERING. I don't need the headache! ____________________________________ NOTE: I have a 5 day grace period in place to provide for more than adequate time for any buyer to complete their transaction. If you can not complete payment within this 5 day period, PLEASE DON'T ORDER. I sell on multiple sites, and it is time consuming to delete, and only waste my time time in re-entering that inventory for sale again. Again, there is a 5 day Automatic "Non-Paying Buyer" Cancellation, and the Feedback is automatically placed. ------------------------------------------ THE MAJORITY OF MY RECORDS ARE ORIGINAL PRESSINGS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. I do not disguise any Reissues to be an Original. If it's a Reissue or a Repress, I will disclose that fact within my description. And rather that just use a grading system and call it a day, I try to disclose every iota of any flaws so that you'll know what to expect. I don't like surprises or let downs either. Any questions, just ask. ------------------------------------------ Back in the late 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's I promoted Latin Dances, and Live Doo Wop Shows in NY, Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany, Miami, and in Richmond, Va. I've met and was friends with many of the great orquesta leaders and musicians like: Kako, Rafael Cortijo, Machito, Charlie Palmieri, Joe Cuba, Cachao, Jerry Hernandez of Orch. Dee Jay, George Rodriguez and his New Swing Sextet and many more. Those whom are no longer with us, I miss them everyday! I have been a collector since 1967, and selling since 1980, before the Internet. Please understand that I am about the business of selling my collection of original records before I drop dead and my wife throws them out. I owned 2 After-Hours Night Clubs in the Bronx. I was the 1st to convince Joe Bataan to come out of retirement when we met at my old Le Noirs After Hours Club, and in 1985 I did his Come-Back dance at the old Club Cacique in the Bronx, and in 2007 I finally convinced Jerry Hernandez to make his "Come Back" with Orquesta Dee Jay, and he's doing GREAT. Another old orchestra I had the pleasure of being a pain in his ass since 2008, is FINALLY making a Come Back, Gus Colon from the great Orch. Colon has finally made his official Come Back, but it was in Colombia, and in an arena with other great orchestras, and thousands of spectators.. I still have THOUSANDS of many rare, original LP's in various genres I'll never live to list. If you have a Want/Wish list of any records in any genre, please share it with me and I will include it within my inventory here. And if you're in Facebook, I'm there at: https://www.facebook.com/izzy.nofue/ Salsaludos siempre, Izzy
