I paid the VAT when I paid for the record and then I had to pay it again when I received the record. I tried to contact the seller to see how to solve it and he didn't even bother to answer. Elvinyl's customer support didn't answer my messages either. They charge the VAT, then it's not declared in the shipment and the buyer ends up paying it twice.
