The item purchased was unavailable which happens. The bummer was the seller did not refund after requests here and in Paypal so ultimately I had to file a Paypal dispute.
The cover is not unique to this release and can easily be substituted or replaced.

The disc has been played a number of times but has been well looked after, showing only light marks. The labels might show slightly heavier signs of wear but are not damaged.
